The Pin-Up licence does not cover all countries, and access to the platform’s site, applications, and services is restricted in a number of jurisdictions. Users located in the territories listed below are excluded from participation under the current licensing framework.

• United States of America — Federal and state-level regulatory restrictions prohibit the provision of licensed online gambling services.
• United Kingdom — A separate national licence from the UK Gambling Commission is required; current coverage does not extend to this jurisdiction.

Pin-Up is not the owner of all companies that hold licences issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board and does not exercise management control over those entities.

No financial interest, managerial role, or other form of control exists between Pin-Up and separately licenced companies operating under the same regulatory authority. Pin-Up has no capacity to influence the operational or governance decisions of those companies. Accordingly, no responsibility is accepted for any actions, omissions, or violations attributable to those independent entities. Any claims or complaints concerning those companies must be directed to the relevant licenced company or to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board in its capacity as the competent regulator.

All texts, images, seals, and associated materials displayed within the verification system remain the exclusive property of the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. The content is protected under applicable copyright law. Any commercial or non-commercial use of these materials by third parties is prohibited, and improper use may attract regulatory penalties or legal proceedings.

All trademarks, logos, and commercial identifiers appearing on the Pin-Up website and its applications are protected assets belonging to the licence holder or the relevant regulatory authority, as applicable.

Ownership of these marks is formally established and enforceable under applicable intellectual property law. Protection extends beyond registered domain names and formally registered trademarks to cover other brand-style elements that form part of the overall commercial identity. Unauthorised reproduction, imitation, or commercial exploitation of any protected identifier is prohibited, and violations may result in civil or criminal legal liability under the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
